The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: facilities, equipment, and processing to adminster license examinations, acquire and transmit candidate fingerprints, and to transmit examination results and license application information for successful candidates to the Utah Insureance Department's current data processing vendor Vertafore.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code .
Length of Contract: Five Years
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for five years.
