Project Description: With this Request For Bid (RFB), the UTA is requesting bids to construct the following facilities along Pony Express Parkway:
Eagle Mountain City: one (1) Park & Ride lot; two (2) bus stops; signalized pedestrian crossing using a HAWK Signal; and constructing an access road that connects to Rock Creek Rd.
Saratoga Springs City: two (2) bus stops; fully signalized intersection at Pony Express Parkway and Seaside Street (800 E), road and lane widening, and restriping.
