SUBJECT: 2025 USSF Weapons and Tactics Conference (WEPTAC) - Industry Invitation



AGENCY: HQ Space Operations Command (SpOC)



DATES: November 3-6, 2025



LOCATION: Colorado Springs, CO



PURPOSE: WEPTAC is a premier forum for collaboration and knowledge sharing on critical space operations tactics and capabilities. The Government/Industry Leader event fosters high-level dialogue between Senior-level USSF/FVEY personnel and leading industry representatives.



CONFERENCE HIGHLIGHTS:




  • Nov 3-6: General Attendance: Open to registered participants (security requirements apply). Includes Theater Updates, FVEY Partner Briefs, and MFWG/TIP Out-briefs.



AGENDA OVERVIEW:




  • Monday, Nov 3: Security Indoctrination, Theater Updates

  • Tuesday, Nov 4: Theater Updates, FVEY Partner Briefs

  • Wednesday, Nov 5: MFWG and TIP Out-briefs

  • Thursday, Nov 6: MFWG and TIP Out-briefs

IMPORTANT ATTENDANCE INFORMATION:




  • General Attendance (Nov 3-6): Due to limited venue capacity, seating for the General Population sessions (November 3-6) is restricted to a maximum of 30 attendees, representing 10% of total capacity. Reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of two representatives per company. Notification of registration acceptance will be sent by October 14, 2025.



EVENT MATERIALS: All event materials will be hosted on the JWICS Space WIKI Website no later than 30 days post-WEPTAC. Please reference the NIPR Space WIKI link (https://space-wiki.gravity.spaceforce.mil/wiki/Main_Page ) for instructions on registration for the JWICS Site.



SECURITY:




  • Classification: TOP SECRET//SI-G//TK//REL TO USA, FVEY (US Only follow-on to SAP/SAR).

  • HQ SpOC will contact attendees re: SAP/SAR (if needed) by Oct 30, 2025. SAP discussion attendees must register within 15 days.
