This is a Sources Sought announcement in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, and is in anticipation of a potential future procurement program. Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) is conducting market research to determine Small Business capability and interest to provide the rudder sleeves, including Freight on Board (FOB) Destination:
Rudder Sleeve (25.38" OD x 23.988" ID x 70.50" OAL), /NS-H-318. / 2 / Each
The required delivery date is 19 March 2026 and may be subject to change.
SWRMC is seeking vendors with the capability to provide the previously mentioned material under applicable NAICS 331512. Interested companies should submit a letter of interest including the company’s name, SAM Unique Entity ID number, business size, telephone number, mailing address, and e-mail address of the company point of contact, along with a brief description of your company and its capabilities as they relate to the requirements set forth in the Product Description to include any lead times, if the information is available.
The information submitted will be used for acquisition planning purposes. The Government does not commit to providing a response to any comments or questions. No basis for a claim against the Government shall arise as a result of this announcement. Responses to this announcement are voluntary and are of no cost to the Government.
