Perform investigations of discrimination complaints, management-initiated investigations of harassment allegations that are not discrimination complaints, and compensatory damages claims and prepare Reports of Investigations (ROI) for the United States Postal Service (USPS) National Equal Employment Opportunity Investigative Office (NEEOISO).
