USM-USG-2606 Unarmed Security Guard Services for Universities at Shady Grove

University System of Maryland (USM SSPC) on behalf of Universities at Shady Grove (USG) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide unarmed uniformed security guard services for USG at the USG campus located in Rockville, MD, including but not limited to the following services:
• management, staffing, and operating unarmed uniformed security guard services
• direct daily supervision of the security guard(s) duty performance
• perform regular campus patrols and provide an audit trail showing that rounds are being made
• manage access control and building security
• manage emergencies and coordinate with first responders
• provide routine customer service and assistance
• and liaison with USG Project Manager, to keep the Universities at Shady Grove operating with minimum damage or loss through theft, fire, vandalism, and other related acts.
