USG-Strategic Enrollment Management Consulting

Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide a Strategic Enrollment Management Plan to the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (USG) or (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.
The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (USG) seeks an experienced enrollment management firm/organization from which at least one consultant will be assigned to USG to lead the development of a written five-year Strategic Enrollment Management Plan (SEMP) for the University System of Georgia.  The SEMP will connect the system¿s mission, strategic plan, current state, and changing environment to long-term system enrollment and fiscal health. The consultant will provide internal and external data-informed guidance to produce the SEMP, which will include analysis of enrollment and market data by enrollment population, development of key performance indicators, development of systemwide enrollment initiatives and return of investment for each initiative, goal setting, and consulting on plan implementation and sustainability.  In addition, the consultant will provide multi-year projections for enrollment. The SEMP must be visionary, data informed, comprehensive, integrated, and student focused.
