USG Proctoring Services

Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide USG Proctoring Services to the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.
INSTRUCTIONS TO ISSUING OFFICER: Describe a general overview of the project, service, or commodity being purchased. The information should define the value proposition for the suppliers and be able to answer the question: Why should the supplier submit a proposal? Provide a general scope of the procurement (e.g., magnitude of the procurement, historical spend, and/or quantities if applicable).
