USG Executive & Leadership Interim Placement Services

Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier(s) who will provide Executive & Leadership Interim Placement Services to the The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (USG) seeks experienced interim placement service Suppliers to provide the USG with qualified executive, and leadership level professionals on an interim basis. The awarded Supplier(s) network of candidates shall consist of professionals that can meet the qualifications of executive and leadership positions across higher education including but not limited to: Presidents, Vice Presidents, Provosts, Deans, and Directors. The services requested in this RFP are on an as needed basis and are intended to assist the USG to quickly fill executive and leadership positions in an interim capacity. This RFP is not for the request of executive search services.  The execution of this contract will establish the awarded Supplier(s), as an authorized source of supply for the USG, and any other State of Georgia Entity, as needed, for similar services as listed in this RFP. The awarded contract will create no financial obligation on the part of the USG and any of its 26 Institutions, or any other State of Georgia Entity that utilizes the contract.      The USG does not guarantee a minimum number of yearly placements for the awarded Supplier(s). The resulting contract will be available for use by the USG on an as needed basis and will be considered an exclusive contract for these services.
