USG ERP 3rd Party Procurement Platform

Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide USG ERP 3rd Party Procurement Platform to the Board or Regents of the University System of Georgia (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.

The University System of Georgia (USG) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit qualified suppliers to provide a comprehensive software-as-a-service (SAAS) procurement solution to support the University System¿s transition to a modern, integrated procurement operating model.
Qualified firms must demonstrate experience in implementing large-scale procurement systems for similarly complex organizations, such as USG, the sixth-largest public university system in the U.S., which encompasses the Board of Regents, 25 institutions, Georgia Public Library Services, Georgia Archives, Public Records Center, and the Georgia Film Academy. Suppliers are encouraged to review the information provided in the RFP and its attachments prior to providing a proposal to ensure any proposed solution can fully meet the requirements outlined.
