This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and/or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 1240BD25Q0033 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective 17 January 2025. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered non-responsive and will be rejected.

BACKGROUND:

Chelan Initial Attack is losing their leased building on 6/1/2025. Everything that was in this building for the past 20 years needs to be moved into storage containers until they find a new place for firefighters and equipment; the Chelan and Entiat district buildings don't have room to house any extra equipment and people. The fire crew needs to purchase 6, 20-yard Connex containers to place at 25 Mile Fire Camp in Chelan WA.

The termination of this building lease was not anticipated, therefore there is a quick turnaround for award. The storage containers were needed before 6/1/25. Due to the short timeframe, the award needs to be made as soon as possible so the containers can be delivered as soon as possible. We are aware the 6/1/25 deadline to have these containers on site is likely not possible so we extended it to 6/6/25. We are looking for the soonest possible delivery date. Please include your delivery schedule with your offer. Failure to provide the delivery schedule will be considered a non-responsive offer.
