Project Description: The AUTHORITY is accepting proposals from interested parties for the use of the former Cross State Landfill to develop and operate a facility designed for any solid waste management purpose, including a facility designed for the treatment of Equine Residuals generated within Palm Beach County, or any other use approved by the AUTHORITY’S BOARD consistent with the statutory mission of the AUTHORITY. Should the AUTHORITY receive less than two (2) proposals, the AUTHORITY may at its sole discretion, consider and evaluate the award to the single proposal received.
