The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and all other items necessary or proper for, or incidental to, performing the removal, processing and disposal of USDA regulated garbage (international garbage) from the Aviation Authority’s regulated garbage designated collection areas at the Orlando International Airport (MCO) in accordance with this Specification. The Contractor shall have a valid Compliance Agreement issued by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) or Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) to handle, haul, and dispose of regulated garbage at MCO.
The Orlando International Airport (MCO), operated and managed by the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (“Aviation Authority”), has averaged 57.2 million domestic and international passengers during Fiscal Year 25.
