Description

Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition





The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the U.S. Department of Agriculture that is expiring in Alamogordo, New Mexico.

The Government requests hangar space yielding a minimum of 852 to a maximum of 896 ANSI/BOMA square feet. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alternations must be included as part of the rental consideration.

To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by January 13, 2026. (Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space).
