Project Description: The Uintah School District, as a recipient of the Applied Professional Education Experience
grant, herein referred to as “APEX”, is hereby accepting qualified architectural/design firms to
submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for the design, preparation of contract documents,
and construction administration for the APEX Learning Center, Green House, and Barn projects
located in Vernal, Utah.
