Statement of Work (SOW) for supply fan motor for CGC Stone.

1. Background. The supply fan motor onboard CGC Stone has bad windings requiring the motor to be repaired.

1. Scope. Conduct repair on Qty: 1, P/N: XA20A4W5, NIIN: 016035356, Name: FAN 3 PHASE, 440 VAC, 60HZ, CCW ROTATION, 1800 CFM. 6 IMP BLADES, 20/6 HP.

1. Objective. The objective of this requirement is to repair the supply fan after findings of failed motor windings. Conduct at least the following to return to the Coast Guard a working motor: must be returned to the below address by 07JUL25.

• Disassemble and visually inspect


• Mechanical inspection


• Incoming electrical testing


• Thoroughly clean all parts


• Repair de bearing journal


• Take winding data


• Strip winding


• Core loss test


• Sandblast


• Repair/replace leads


• Rewind/repair stator


• Manufacture coils


• Dip/bake/vpi


• Post bake - clean parts


• Dynamically balance


• Re-assemble


• Post testing no-load run


• Paint


• Pre-ship quality inspection

Materials: 6210 ball bearing 1, 6212 ball bearing 1, Seal 1, Winding wire and materials

1. Security Requirement. FLETC Base Charleston access is required. Vendor shall have a valid Real ID compliant form of ID and show identification. Forms will be provided for base access. A CG representative from the cutter may sponsor and escort vendor to the cutter.
