USCG Base Elizabeth City Cooling Tower Chemical Treatment

The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, parts, tools, and materials required for water treatment of boilers and cooling towers IAW specifications provided. Work to be performed at USCG Base Elizabeth City, 1664 Weeksville RD, Elizabeth City, NC 27909.

All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on April 1, 2025.

All quotes must be submitted via email to Tami.N.Clark@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c and 30a, 30b and 30c of the SF 1442, and pricing are completed before emailing.

Evaluation Criteria: Lowest price technically acceptable.

Unit COR Michael Barclift @ michael.d.barclift@uscg.mil Scheduled site visit is March 25th at 1000 contact COR for coordination.

This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 325998 The small business standard is 1,500 employees.

All eligible responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard, however those submitting quotes that do not have an active vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFQ due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.

The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation.
