USAID/Mozambique intends to design a new Activity – USAID Catalyzing Access to Family Planning - that will aim to support Mozambicans to achieve their fertility intentions thereby improving the health outcomes of Mozambican women, men, and youth by increasing use of quality, person-centered FP services. With a clear focus on voluntarism and informed choice, the FP Flagship Activity will address persistent barriers experienced by Mozambican individuals and communities related to FP/RH service delivery and expand their access to equitable, affordable, and sustainable FP/RH information, products, and services. This is anticipated to be a five (5) year award 2025-2030, with a total value of up to $35 million.
The purpose of this communication is to obtain industry information on the above-mentioned activity. More specifically, the RFI intends to:
- Assess the interest of potential organizations in submitting applications/ proposals for the new USAID Catalyzing Access to Family Planning
- Gain technical and organization insights in the capacity of potential organizations
- Gain technical inputs and suggestions for adjusting, adding, or reducing elements of the Results Framework for the greatest possible health outcomes.
