The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA), Colorado, requires multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for bus transportation, (charter coaches and school buses of various passenger capacity), on demand to meet USAFA mission requirements. Continued support is necessary to provide transportation services to USAFA personnel in accordance with Attachment 1 – Statement of Work (SOW). Historically and at present, USAFA has established multiple BPAs to meet the variety of transportation requirements for both USAFA and Prep School unique requirements. The vendor shall provide bus and coach charter services for USAFA requirements as defined and requested by Ground Transportation per the SOW. The vendor shall perform all required services and maintain all vehicles in accordance with the SOW and in compliance with commercial standards, local, state, and federal law requirements.
The estimated period of performance is 15 March 2025 – 14 March 2030.
At least 25% of the blanket purchase agreement awards will be to small business.
