Plan and pave hot mix asphalt (HMA) within the traveled lanes, plus 2 feet of the shoulders, install centerline and shoulder rumble strips, crack sealing, asphalt for fog seal the shoulders and rumble strip locations, install weigh in motion sensors (state forces), restore delineation, traffic control and other work.
