US Navy Virginia Class Submarine Scrubbers Repair

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) to CEPEDA Associates, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for a firm-fixed price contract to perform repairs to the Scrubber No. 1 and Scrubber No. 2 onboard a Virginia-class submarine.

In accordance with DFARS PGI 206.302-1, a sources sought notice, N32253-25-R-0003, was posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE), SAM.gov from 3 February 2025 - 7 February 2025 to satisfy this requirement. The Government received no responses from industry indicating capability in performing the requirement.

The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611, Ship Building and Repair with a size standard of 1,300 employees. The Product Service Code is J020, Maintenance, Repair, Rebuilding of Equipment - Ship and Marine Equipment.

• The Offer must be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and instructions established in the Solicitation.


• 52.204-24: Section (d)(1) and (d)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror.


• 52.204-26: Section (c)(1) and (c)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror.


• All solicitation amendments must be acknowledged in offer submission.


• All questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email to the listed POCs.
