US Mobile Voice MFA

This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) nor Request for Proposal (RFP).

Minnesota IT Services (MNIT) intends to enter into a single‑source agreement, for a term not to exceed 12 months, with Vonage for the continued and uninterrupted provision of US Mobile Voice MFA services and related support used within LoginMN.

Vonage is the only vendor identified that provides the required security protections against fraudulent number usage and offers integration capabilities compatible with MNIT’s existing solutions. Vonage is also the only provider supporting US Mobile Voice MFA in the five most commonly spoken languages in Minnesota. These functionalities are necessary to ensure secure, accessible multifactor authentication for users who cannot utilize personal mobile devices for MFA.

Vonage retains exclusive ownership, copyrights, trademark of their proprietary cloud-based communications software and services. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
