The U.S. Government currently occupies commercial hangar lease in Laredo, Texas, which will be expiring September 2026. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous and is seeking to lease a minimum 12,000 SF of commercial airport/hangar lease space in Laredo, Texas. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime.
The ideal space would fit the following: building specifications in compliance with all federal, state and local ordinances;
Min. of 12,000 SF to include electricity and office space to be used for adminstration collocated with the hangar. The hangar door must be 14 feet tall.
Helicopter Pad: Must be 2,000 SF to allow landing and towing
Office Space: Min 1,000 SF
Offered space must be ready for occupancy by 1 October 2026.
Expressions of interest should include the following:

- Floor plan drawing
- Digital photo of street view of property
- Area (BOMA rentable square feet & BOMA usable square feet)
