General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Additional Requirements:
- Two (2) Motorized 12'-0" W x 14'-0" H roll-up doors. Roll-up doors must be provided with all safety features and with heavy-duty slide bolts at the bottom of the door on both sides.
- One (1) pedestrian door must be provided leading to the exterior (adjacent to roll-up door) with hardware function 7 (3-point latching device) with access control keypad provided (including all 5/11 conduits and power). The hardware, conduits, and power are the responsibility of lessor, but Tenant will provide the keypad.
- No ceiling required (16'-0" minimum vertical clearance).
- Ability to provide 120V and 240V.
- Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [1- percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance] floodplain (formerly referred to as [“100-year”/“500- Year”] floodplain).
- HVAC systems serving garage areas must operate continuously 24 hrs/day, 365 days/yr to maintain the following indoor environment (during cooling season, only). HVAC serving this room must be fed from normal power.

- HVAC systems must provide ventilation in accordance with the latest edition of ASHRAE Standard 62, "Ventilation for Acceptable Indoor Air Quality." Outside air intakes must be located in an inaccessible location or secured to inhibit direct insertion of contaminants.
