Contractor shall provide a lease, maintenance, reagents and consumables on a cost-per-reportable report (CPRR) basis on one (1) Primary Chemistry Analyzer and one (1) Microscopic Analyzer to work in tandem as one random access urinalysis analyzer system. This includes unlimited telephonic assistance and unlimited on-site maintenance repairs. The equipment will be located in the Pathology Department, General Leonard Wood Community Hospital (GLWCH) new building located at 4234 Illinois Avenue, Fort Leonard Wood Missouri 65473.
Analyzer Additional Details:
--The space available in the new hospital for the analyzer equipment is 29.88” wide x 29.75” deep x 33.75” high and must be a tabletop, counter unit or sit on a cart. The tabletop, countertop and/or cart are not required. The government will supply them. There should be 19.75” of right-hand clearance and the analyzer cannot exceed 200lbs.
--This must be a dry unit with ancillary drainage.
--Training on equipment required.
-The UA analyzer should hold 10 samples per rack at minimum and up to 50 patients (5 racks) can be analyzed in one hour.
