Project Description: Pittsburgh Water is requesting bids for Urgent repair or rehabilitation of the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority public water system, including hydrants, mains, valves, and water service lines. The Contractor is required to respond within four (4) hours of notification to mobilize.
