The purpose of this Unsealed Request for Proposals (URFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide industrial welding, fabrication and repair services on an as needed basis for the City of Newport News âCityâ Department of Parks and Recreation according to the specifications within. The intent is to establish a multi-term contract for services and repairs on an as needed basis throughout each contract term. Other City departments may utilize services as needed.
