The City of Urbandale announces the availability of plans and specifications for the following public improvement project:

Project: Urbandale Library Interior Renovation

Project No.: 2024-P016

Estimate: $325,000

The Urbandale Library Interior Renovation shall include:

  • Enclosure of reading room
  • Addition of study rooms
  • Addition of adult non-fiction area
  • Addition of marketplace area
  • Associated electrical, hvac and controls
    Bid Date: Wednesday, 1:30 PM, December 10, 2025, 3600 86th Street.

Completion Date: June 1, 2026

Copies of the plans and contract documents will be available online on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, from the City of Urbandale website, under the Department of Engineering and Public Works, Projects Out to Bid, at http://www.urbandale.org/185/Projects-Out-to-Bid.
