Urban and Community Forestry Services

The City of Palo Alto is seeking to contract with an urban and community forestry non-profit partner to help support Palo Alto's urban forestry programs, to assist with implementation of programs within the Urban Forest Master Plan, to improve tree canopy cover in priority areas, and to educate the public about trees for a three-year term.

The ideal Consultant for this project would be a nonprofit tree-advocacy group, that has, or can demonstrate the ability to have, a relationship rooted with the residents of Palo Alto. The Consultant's past work should demonstrate the ability to accomplish goals using a diverse range of dedicated volunteers, board members, and supporters, as well as staff.
