uPulse TFF System

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of uPulse TFF System from Formulatrix as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the equipment and the contractor being the single provider of the goods. The instrument must meet minimum specifications including the ability to concentrate samples from volumes as large as 100 mL down to 0.5 mL, perform diafiltration, and recover dead volume. The instrument must integrate all of these functions into a single platform using millifluidic pump technology, low dead volume, dynamic range flexibility, and disposable consumables to minimize contamination risk. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010, Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at procurement@oregonstate.edu by October 7, 2025 at 4:00 PM PST.
