Upstate Lab Draw Site

SUNY Upstate Medical University has the need for approximately 1,800 sq. ft. of contiguous space to house Upstate University’s Lab Draw Site. Location needs to be within zip codes 13066,13104,13035 or 13037. Space must be Class A medical space and must be able to meet Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) standards.

Space must meet all applicable local building codes. Space must be accessible 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Convenient parking, with a minimum of 5 spaces for employees, and 8-10 spaces for patients (15 total) with easy access for patients required. Parking must be surfaced with stripping and have ample lighting. Site/surface maintenance, inclusive of snow removal shall be supplied by the landlord.

Occupancy is desired by Fall 2026.

Lease term would be for 5 years.

Proposal must include estimated cost to bring the space up to Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) standards.
