Do you have pictures of the UPS room or where it sits?
- I have photos, but not of the entire room. One photo is attached. The new UPS will be placed in the middle of the room, where the cart and boxes currently occupy. I have attached a drawing of the room, below. The 3 units of the UPS are inside the red rectangle.

This Addendum modifies the Request for Quotation and must be acknowledged. Failure to acknowledge all addenda could make your proposal non-responsive. Quote is for product only; no on-site services permitted.
Source selection will be based on Lowest Price and Technically Acceptable Method (LPTA).
Technical evaluation criteria are as follows:
- 50kVA; output 40kW for 6-8 min.
- Input 208V, 3 phase, 4 wire; Output 208V, 3 phase, 4 wire
- Batteries in separate cabinet to UPS and MBS
- Any breaker switch must be accessible without opening cabinet
- Total battery storage must be less than 15 kW-hr
- Only one input for both UPS and MBS
- Input and output breakers must be 200A
- Must have network controller card
- Brand Name or Equal. All 4 pieces must be of the same brand.
- Delivery date to not exceed August 15th.

- All subcontractors are required to register in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov).
- The resulting purchase order will be issued on a fixed price basis. SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory Terms and Conditions for Fixed Price Commercial Supplies and Services (Rev. August 2023) will be made a part of the resulting order.
