Project Overview:
The Construction Flight, on behalf of the 379th Expeditionary Contracting Squadron (ECONS), seeks capable contractors to design, procure, install, test, and commission new Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) systems at Al Udeid Air Base (AUAB), Qatar. The project, detailed in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW), involves providing reliable backup power to critical equipment within several buildings.
Capabilities Sought:
We are seeking contractors with:
- Proven experience in designing, installing, and commissioning UPS systems for mission-critical environments.
- Expertise in UPS system design, power distribution, electrical work, and relevant industry standards, particularly for Lithium-ion battery technology.
- A team of factory-certified technicians, some with active US Secret Clearances.
- Robust safety and compliance programs, especially concerning electrical work, battery handling, and hazardous waste disposal.
- Experience working on international projects, particularly in the Middle East, and understanding of relevant US and host nation regulations.
