This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in reference to all required items contained in this Request for Quote (RFQ).

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-06 effective 29 Aug 2024, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation DPN 20240815, effective 15 Aug 2024, and AFARS Revision 2024-0712, effective 12 July 2024.

The NAICS code for this requirement is 333415 Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing and the applicable size standard is no more than 1,500 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is 4120 Air Conditioning Equipment.

Site Visit Information: A site visit for this solicitation will be held on Wednesday 13 August 2025 at 9:00 AM MDT at the Roland R. Wright Air National Guard Base. 765 N 2200 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84116. No further site visits will take place.
