Description
The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd. Bay Pines, FL 33744, has a requirement for Brand Name or Equal Upright Conveyor Dishwasher Champion EUCCW8 PRO CW PRO-Series or EQUAL. All vendors must be properly registered in the System Award Management database (SAM), SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) if applicable, and SBA Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) if applicable. This solicitation will allow for vendors to offer BRAND NAME OR EQUAL products. All items shall be new and not refurbished or recycled.
Price quotes shall include the Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number, Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) if applicable, Small Business Status, an authorized distributor letter on the manufacturer s letterhead if applicable, a copy of a price list or any other supporting information for the price submitted, and any items identified in ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors.
The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333310 (Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The solicitation will be available on or about July 16, 2025 and will be distributed solely through the SAMs website (www.SAM.gov). The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about July 23, 2025, with responses due to Moneque Rodriguez at moneque.rodriguez@va.gov.
