The project involves furnishing all labor, tools, materials and equipment as specified in the bid documents necessary to provide a permanent ductile iron waterline to replace the temporary repairs that were completed by the County of Maui due to a storm event in December 2021. There are four project areas and the designed type of crossings are as follows:

• Kawehi Gulch – aluminum utility bridge to support waterline
• East Alae Tank – buried concrete encased waterline
• West Alae Tank – buried concrete encased waterline
• Waiakoa Gulch - aluminum utility bridge to support waterline
