Upper Gwynedd Township Roof Replacement

Project Description: Upper Gwynedd Township is planning to replace the roof on the Township Building. The existing roofing materials include asphalt shingles and plywood sheathing. The scope of this project includes the replacement of the entire existing roof. The base bid work consists of but is not limited to removing and replacing roofing materials including all shingles, roof sheathing as directed, ridge vents, and all flashing. The Alternate Bid No. 1 portion of this project is the dormer trim repair. The Alternate Bid No. 2 portion of this project is replacement of the dormer metal roof system. The Alternate Bid No. 3 portion of this project is replacement of the fascia, soffit, gutters and downspouts.
