Contract Opportunity

The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office issues the subject solicitation for Vault Pumping and Maintenance at the Colorado River Valley Special Recreation Management Area in accordance with FAR 13.105. The solicitation is anticipated to be awarded to one vendor on an all or none basis. The work in question is determined to be commercial in nature and the contract will include terms and conditions for commercial services. The government sets aside this work for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB) businesses registered with the Small Business Administration pursuant to FAR 19.14. The government will make award based upon source selection evaluation criteria established at FAR 52.212-2.

This solicitation is exempt from Synopsis pursuant to FAR 5.202(a)(13).

This solicitation includes options included at 52.217-8 and 52.217-9 for the 1-year base period and four 1-year option periods included within the schedule.

Minimum Requirements for Responsive Quote:
1. Filled in, priced, dated and signed SF1449 with acknowledgement of all amendments.
2. Schedule B filled in with prices and any limitations on the unit of issue (job).
3. Attachment of any terms and conditions not inclusive of this solicitation.
4. Email items 1-3 above to the POC no later than the solicitation close date.
