Project Summary: The City of Houston (“City”) is currently seeking Bids from qualified Vendors (hereinafter, Bidder, Contractor, or Vendor) to provide construction upgrades and enhancements at the Upper Brays Wastewater Treatment Plant, located at 13525 W. Houston Center Blvd, Houston, Texas 77082. The primary objective of this project is to improve the operational efficiency, reliability, and safety of critical wastewater treatment processes at the facility through upgrading and replacing aging infrastructure.


Estimated Construction Budget : $13,775,000.00


MBE Goal : 15 %

WBE Goal : 4 %
