Upholstery and rug cleaning services for 11 Houston Libraries

Upholstery and rug cleaning services at 11 libraries locations around the city of Houston.

A. Vacuum all cloth-upholstered furniture and rugs, including under and between cushions.

B. Clean upholstered furniture with an approved spot cleaner and detergent to remove soil that cannot be removed by

vacuuming.

C. Clean synthetic-covered furniture with vinyl cleaner.

D. Upon cleaning upholstery, a fabric protector and deodorizer will be applied to all upholstered furniture.

E. Upholstery cleaning to be cleaned on site during normal business hours while the location is closed to the public (unless

otherwise noted).

F. All work should be completed and invoiced by June 26, 2026.
