October 16, 2025 at 3:00 pm Eastern Time at the Monroe County Public Safety Training Facility. Parking is available at the Public Safety Training Facility beside and behind the main entrance. Once parked, enter the front of the building (door labeled atrium 2), go up the stairs, and turn left towards the Office of Emergency Management suite. Ring the buzzer and someone will let you in.
