Upgrade Traffic Operations Control Room

The City of Modesto (City) is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Upgrade Traffic Operations Control Room for the City of Modesto. Submittals are due before 11:00 am on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 .

The City of Modesto received a Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) federal grant to upgrade our Traffic Operations Control (TOC) room located at 1010 Tenth Street, Suite 4559, Modesto, CA. The City of Modesto is requesting qualifications and related experience to this type of transportation engineering project to establish a prequalified list of firms that will be invited to bid on the project. The City of Modesto intends to award one construction contract for the delivery of this project. The award will be based on lowest responsible and responsive total base bid.
