Update 1: Questions and Answers now attached to this RFI.
This is a Request for Information (RFI) and is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). No solicitation is being issued at this time. The FEMA Disaster Emergency Communications division intends to purchase three (3) TEMPEST certified, HEMP (High-Altitude Electro-Magnetic Pulse) protected Mobile Emergency Office Vehicles (MEOVs) on the platform described within the Statement of Work. The vehicles must be delivered by the vendor to the lower 48 states (CONUS). Please see the Statement of Work for build details.
