Update the Gov-TV Studio Hardware in the Chapel Hill Town Council Chamber

The Town of Chapel Hill is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to design, install, and warranty the Gov-TV Studio for in-person and hybrid meetings hosted in the Town Council Chamber in the Chapel Hill Town Hall.

If you are interested in submitting a proposal, you must attend the Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting that will be held May 1, 2023, at 11 A.M. in the Town Council Chamber, 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Chapel Hill, NC 27514. Attendance at this meeting is MANDATORY if you wish to submit a proposal; failure to attend will disqualify submissions. A tour of the Gov-TV Studio will follow the meeting.

Proposals are due by 3:00 P.M. on May 12, 2023. Please email proposals to Zakia Alam, Purchasing and Contracts Manager at zalam@townofchapelhill.org .

Questions concerning this Request for Proposals must be submitted in writing no later than 3:00 P.M. on May 3, 2023, to Sabrina M. Oliver via e-mail at soliver@townofchapelhill.org . Responses to all questions received will be emailed to the pre-bid meeting attendees as an addendum on May 5, 2023.
