Project Description: [Upcoming: October 2026] The Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) invites your firm to submit a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) for BayREN Legal and Regulatory Support Services Bench (Consultant Bench). Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), ABAG will select one or more qualified consultants with which ABAG may contract to provide services related to this project on an as-needed basis. Proposers may apply to be approved for any one or more of the five Service Categories on the Consultant Bench. Consultants may be contracted to perform Legal and Regulatory Support Services to ensure compliance with California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) reporting and other compliance activities. This is an upcoming procurement. All dates, and other information, are preliminary and will be updated when procurement is finalized. See Notice of Upcoming Procurement for additional details.
