The FasTrakĀ® program is an Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) system, which allows patrons to pay their tolls electronically at toll bridges and express lanes in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. A Regional Customer Service Center (RCSC) was established as part of the program. The Bay Area Toll Authority (BATA) is seeking a vendor to provide payment processing services, including payment cards, mobile wallet, and ACH payments received for the FasTrakĀ® Regional Customer Service Center.
