The Nursing Science Building Renovation Project consists of reducing the major maintenance backlog, renewing the building envelope (brick & window), and providing major programmatic upgrades for the College of Nursing, including a large classroom addition on the Hub-side of the building. Bid Packages 1.01-1.03 Request for Proposal seeking a qualified Design-Assist Sitework, Mechanical and Plumbing, and Electrical partners for upcoming work.
