Unsheltered Street Outreach & Tenancy Support Services

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued by the City of Fairfield’s (CITY) Homeless Services Division (HSD) in partnership with the Fairfield Police Department (FPD) and Fairfield Housing Services Department. The CITY is seeking one or multiple organizations who have experience providing street outreach, tenancy support services for the CITY’s Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program (TBRA), and housing navigation to the those who are unhoused or at risk of being unhoused. Two separate contracts will be executed. One contract with the Homeless Services Division for Street Outreach/Housing Navigation Services and the other contract with the Housing Services Department for Tenant Support Services. Applicants may apply to provide service in one or multiple areas. The CITY may choose multiple Providers depending on experience in each service.
