Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, therefore, please do not submit requests. Approved sources for this item are Lord Corp CAGE 30061 and Lord Corp CAGE 76005. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who would like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract. This is requirement is for a total quantity of 1795 each. The required delivery is 273 days ARO to Corpus Christi, TX (line 0001 – QTY 703 each) and to Jacksonville, FL (line 0002 – QTY 1092 each). This is an Unrestricted Acquisition. FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin applies. This is a Navy Critical Safety Item. Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). A copy of this solicitation will also be available to requesters by contacting the buyer directly. The estimated solicitation issue date is 12/13/2024. The anticipated closing date is 04/07/2025.
