The University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to help with the selection of a partner in the development of a student housing residence hall on the Omaha, NE campus. The parcels currently under review for the project site are defined in Attachment A of this RFP. This information is for informational purposes only and should only be used as a general guide when developing and submitting your plan for consideration by the UNMC selection team.
